About Trendhero
Trendhero is a fast-growing e-commerce company active on platforms such as Bol, Amazon, Etsy and Kaufland. We sell our own brands via urbanjngl.com and woonhero.nl, and also serve business customers via trendhero.nl and various dropshipping channels. Our main products are Do-It-Yourself (DIY) plant terrariums and home and interior products.
Your role
As a Support Employee, you're the first point of contact for our customers and business partners. You handle questions, complaints and returns in a professional and customer-focused way, mainly by email and phone. You help customers with questions about orders, deliveries and returns, and make sure they get fast and correct solutions.
Besides supporting customers, you also play an active role in sales, purchasing and product management. You maintain contact with suppliers inside and outside the EU, process orders and, together with the warehouse manager, make sure stock levels stay on track. You also work with your colleagues to keep product information such as prices, stock and descriptions up to date. Thanks to your commercial insight and customer focus, you help improve customer satisfaction and grow revenue.
What will you do?
- Answer customer questions by phone, email and chat.
- Handle complaints and returns.
- Spot and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain contact with suppliers inside and outside the EU.
- Place purchase orders and manage stock.
- Manage product information and create new products.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/support, preferably in e-commerce.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Customer-focused, commercially minded and proactive.
- You have a driving licence B.
- Experience with purchasing and supplier contact is a plus.
