Terms and conditions

Trendhero B.V. supplies exclusively to business customers. Our terms and conditions apply to all orders and partnerships. Below you'll find a short summary.

• Trendhero supplies home and garden products, terrariums, artificial plants and gift items throughout Europe. Orders are delivered via DPD and similar carriers. From the moment shipments leave our warehouse, the risk lies with the customer.
• Prices exclude VAT and shipping costs. Payment must be made within the term stated on the invoice. If this term is exceeded, interest, costs and suspension of deliveries may follow.
• Damage or shortages must be reported in writing within seven days of receipt. Returns are only possible with prior approval.
• All photos, texts and marketing materials remain the property of Trendhero and may only be used to sell our products. Editing them is not allowed.
• Selling via marketplaces such as Bol, Amazon, Etsy or Kaufland is only allowed with written permission.
• Shipping frost-sensitive (plant) products is entirely at the customer's risk.

• Dropshipping orders are delivered on behalf of the customer; returns, incorrect addresses and refusals are entirely the customer's responsibility.
