Terms & Conditions (Summary)

Trendhero B.V. supplies exclusively to business customers. All orders and collaborations are subject to our full Terms & Conditions. Below you will find a shortened summary.

• Trendhero supplies home & garden products, terrariums, artificial plants and gift items throughout Europe. Orders are shipped via DPD and comparable carriers. From the moment shipments leave our warehouse, all risk transfers to the Customer.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. Payment must be made within the term stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, interest, additional costs, and suspension of deliveries may apply.
• Damages or shortages must be reported in writing within seven days of receipt. Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.
• All photos, texts and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Trendhero and may only be used for the sale of our products. Modification of these materials is not permitted.
• Sales via online marketplaces such as Bol, Amazon, Etsy or Kaufland are only allowed with prior written consent.
• Shipping of frost-sensitive (plant) products is entirely at the Customer’s own risk.
  
• Dropshipping orders are shipped on behalf of the Customer; returns, incorrect addresses, and refusals are entirely the Customer’s responsibility.
