• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.

• Please note: live products (such as plants and terrarium kits) cannot legally be returned.

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Please make sure to return the item unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Always keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed by us. Unfortunately, returns that are damaged during the return process cannot be accepted.
