• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Please note: live products (such as plants and terrarium kits) cannot legally be returned.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  

Please make sure to send the item back unused, unworn and safely packaged in its original packaging. Always keep your proof of shipment until we've processed your return. We cannot accept returns that were damaged during the return process.
